At Waya Guajira Hotel, the well-being of our guests and collaborators is our priority, and for this reason we are pleased to inform that we have managed to obtain our Certified Check In Certification, Covid-19 Biosafe, by SGS Colombia, who endorses us as a biosafe hotel. This is a certification created by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, with the support of ProColombia and Icontec, whose main objective is to minimize the risks of contagion of the virus.
We have complied with 100% of the requirements of Resolution 666 of April 24, 2020 and Resolution 1285 of July 29, 2020 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through which the biosafety protocol is adopted for the management and control of the risk of Coronavirus COVID-19 in hotel accommodation, services and activities.
The hotel has worked hard to develop new and rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols that are already implemented in our facilities and services. We also train our leaders on the best practices for the prevention of contamination in the face of Covid-19 in order to guarantee the highest standards of protection and health safety.
